Dr. Joshua Chambers, DC – Co-Owner
Dr. Joshua Chambers is a Sevier County native with a lifelong commitment to improving access to patient-centered healthcare in Sevierville and surrounding communities. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition from Carson-Newman University and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University.
He is the founder and owner of Tennessee Spine Wellness & Medical Group, a multidisciplinary medical clinic in Sevierville offering chiropractic care, rehabilitation therapy, wellness services, and orthopedic medicine. Dr. Chambers also owns Saber Medical Transport and co-owns Elite Regen Consulting, helping clinics nationwide responsibly implement regenerative medicine services.
Alongside his wife, he co-founded Elevation Med Spa, Sevierville’s first medical spa, reflecting his belief that healthcare should support both physical wellness and quality of life.
As co-owner of Tennessee Spine Urgent Care, Dr. Chambers brings his experience and leadership to ensure the community has a trusted urgent care option in Sevierville focused on efficiency, compassion, and high clinical standards.
Jessica Breedlove, FNP – Co-Owner & Nurse Practitioner
Jessica Breedlove, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Sevierville, TN, known for her compassionate approach and extensive clinical background. Born and raised in Maryville, Tennessee, Jessica is deeply connected to the region she serves.
She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from South College, becoming an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner. Her experience spans urgent care, pediatrics, cardiac care, neurology, ICU step-down, medical-surgical units, labor and delivery, and operating room care, allowing her to confidently treat patients of all ages.
Jessica is the active Nurse Practitioner at Tennessee Spine Wellness & Medical Group and a co-owner of Elite Regen Consulting. At Tennessee Spine Urgent Care, she serves as both co-owner and on-site provider—delivering walk-in urgent care services in Sevierville with a focus on clear communication, clinical excellence, and patient trust.
